Science Museum Adventure
Support
We’re a small team and we read every message.
Science Museum Adventure is built by Viewport Studio. It’s an illustrated science museum with Dinosaur, Space and Great Inventions wings, made for young kids and the grown-ups exploring alongside them.
Whether you’ve hit a snag, spotted a bug, or just have an idea that would make the museum better, we’d genuinely love to hear from you. Your messages shape what we build next.
Get in touch
For app support, purchase questions, bug reports, feedback, or ideas, email us at gidonravner@gmail.com. We aim to reply within a couple of business days.
To help us help you faster, it’s great if you can mention which wing or game you were playing, your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
Common questions
How do I open the Space and Great Inventions wings?
The Dinosaur Wing is free. The Space and Great Inventions wings’ games are part of a one-time purchase, Unlock the Full Museum, which sits behind a check that only a grown-up should be able to answer.
We already bought the full museum. How do we get it back?
On the Unlock the Full Museum screen, tap Restore while signed in to the Apple Account you bought it with. If Family Sharing is on, the purchase covers everyone in your family group.
My child asked to buy it and nothing happened.
If Ask to Buy is on for your child’s Apple Account, the purchase waits for a parent to approve it. Once it’s approved, the full museum unlocks.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles every purchase, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where is my child’s progress saved?
Only on the device they play on. There are no accounts, so progress doesn’t move between devices, and deleting the app erases it.
Does it need the internet?
No. The whole museum plays fully offline.

- Purchases — unlocking or restoring the full museum.
- Feedback — tell us what your family loves or finds confusing.
- Ideas — a dinosaur, planet or invention you’d love to see in the museum.
Privacy & your data
Science Museum Adventure has no ads and no accounts, and never collects anything that says who you or your child are. If your question is about privacy, or you’d like us to delete the anonymous play data from your family’s device, see our Privacy Policy or just email gidonravner@gmail.com.
